Department of mineral resources beneficiation

Coralina Engineering Mineral Processing Department has been successfully working for years in the ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy market, the gold mining industry, as well as in the processing of mining and chemical raw materials and rare metals. For this period, the specialists of our department have carried out an extensive work on the introduction of advanced world technologies for mineral beneficiation in Russia.

The most distinctive feature of our company is an individual approach to each project to achieve optimal results. We continuously support the projects at all stages of their development and implementation, provide warranty and post-warranty repairs of equipment, and improve existing technologies.

Throughout its existence, the department has implemented several major projects, which made it possible for our customers to significantly increase the profitability of their production, reduce operating costs, and greatly improve the environmental safety of enterprises.

In particular, for the first time in Russia, our company developed, designed and successfully implemented the technology of column flotation of apatite (Apatit, JSC) and magnetite (Mikhailovsky GOK, JSC) ores, developed and put into operation the technology of purification of commercial nepheline concentrate (Apatit, JSC), developed and integrated to production the gravity technology of baddeleite processing (Kovdorsky GOK, JSC). Some projects were completed on a turnkey basis, including a general contract for construction, such as the process engineering, design and construction of a thickening section for combined iron-ore preparation tailings (KMAruda, JSC); design, equipment supply and launching a gold beneficiation plant (The Matrosov mine, JSC).

We conducted relevant research and, for the first time during the reconstruction of some existing phosphoric acid plants in Russia and Belarus, we installed horizontal belt filters to replace carousel filters; and we installed vacuum filters for production of saleable phosphoric acid at PhosAgro-Cherepovets, EuroChem, Belneftekhim Gomel.

Our company is one of the few Russian companies that supply turnkey hydrometallurgical sections of gold beneficiation plants. We have carried out a number of projects on supply of the complete desorption plants from acid washing of activated carbon to electrolysis and smelting; projects on supply of the turn-key Merrill Crowe plants from the pregnant solution to the precipitate; projects on supply of the plants for water purification from mechanical impurities before reverse osmosis for Polymetal, Amursk POX hub.

The delivery program includes equipment for gold adsorption and auxiliary equipment: various types of screens (high-frequency vibrating screens, rotary screens, linear screens, interstage screens), sparging equipment for pulp aeration, mixing and attrition equipment, vacuum filtration and pressure filtration equipment, belt dryers.

All our technologies and equipment meet the highest international and Russian standards and successfully operate at many enterprises.
